Minilab Factory USA and Canada provides telephone, remote net support and on site service for Agfa dlab and MSC, Kodak SRP and RP 30, Minilabfactory dlab 1, 2, 2+, Netprinters minilab systems and limited support for exposure systems with Agfa technologies in the Zeta and Kodak R2R printers. Minilabfactory USA and Canada with the support of R. Saal Minilabsystemes GmbH and other OEM suppliers provides new and refurbished parts available for all the above machines. Minilabfactory service and parts centers are based in San Francisco, California and Atlanta, Georgia for the USA , Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver. BC for Canada with a parts depot for the Caribbean in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Service rates for travel are based from the closet service depot and are available by quote.

Service Contracts for on site service and parts inclusive for the NAFTA are available by quote. On site service outside the NAFTA region is available by quote. Service calls that require air travel will be charged out a ticket cost , airport parking and air travel time at $35.00 per hour.
