| Telephone and Net-support Contract- $1,050.00 US per machine per location per year. Multiple locations or machines discounts are available by quote. This contract is for telephone support and remote net support service only. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am EST to 9 PM PST Saturday and Sunday 9am EST to 6 PM PST. (Closed Christmas, New Years and Easter) Support contracts outside NAFTA Region ( Canada, USA, Mexico and Caribbean) available by quote. Regular telephone and/ or net support is available @ 60.00 dollars per hour minimum 1 hour charge prepaid. Telephone support contract owners receive discounted hourly rates for on-site service charges | |
